Douglas T. Heckenkamp M.P.T.
Physical Therapist / Owner
Led to the profession by his own injuries, Doug incorporates personal experience into the treatment of his patients. He was inspired to earn his Masters degree in Physical Therapy at Marquette University following his experiences as a competitive gymnast and later as a coach with members of the ’84 & ’88 Olympic team. Now an outdoor enthusiast and photographer, he meets many of the same challenges that his patients endure, which enables him to understand their aches & pains and how to treat them. From rock climbing to running marathons, Doug has sustained many of the same injuries as his patients. He is determined to use not only his education and expertise, but also his personal experience to help relieve your physical pain and return you to the active lifestyle you enjoy.
Doug is dedicated to furthering his education and gaining ongoing training so that he can provide you with the best possible treatment. He has participated in Manual Therapy courses from top practitioners such as Gregory S. Johnson, PT, FFCFMT, at The Institute of Physical Art and is certified by a podiatrist in creating state of the art orthotics. Doug has also established a strong reputation with many of the finest local physicians, to whom he can refer you if needed. He has also been chosen by many physicians for their own rehab and that of their family, friends and staff.

We are currently looking for a Physical Therapist with strong manual therapy skills and has a hands on approach.

Earning her Bachelors of Science degree at University of Utah, her background is in financial planning and investments. With years of experience at companies such as Fidelity, Goldman Sachs and TIAA-CREF she brings to us organization and planning skills like we have never seen before. Paying close attention to detail she is extremely efficient at the behind the scene aspects of patient care. She learned how to walk again after several months of therapy and now enjoys running half marathons. Out of the office Cassie is busy with her 3 wonderful children and 2 step children. She enjoys a broad spectrum of activities with her family such as camping and hiking or a quiet weekend with her husband at a bed & breakfast.
